All new applicants must pay entrance fee plus the annual subscription.
All renewal of membership is only required to pay annual subscription.
If any member fails to pay annual subscription, they will cease to be members of the Society.

On rejoining, they will be required to pay the entrance fee again or to pay back all over due annual subscription to the Society plus the current year of subscription.

A Full Member must be a registered specialist of paediatric surgery, examination eligible candidate of paediatric surgery or higher surgical trainee of paediatric surgery of Hong Kong who ordinarily resides in Hong Kong. Full Members are eligible to apply for Life Full Membership after they have been paid-up Full Members for at least four consecutive years.

Associate Members are medical practitioners, allied health or nursing professionals who show interest in paediatric surgery and practice relevant service in relation to the care of paediatric surgical conditions. Associate Members are eligible to apply for Life Associate Membership after they have been paid-up Associate Members for at least four consecutive years.
